This presentation will explore the boundaries and intersections between community, legal, and court interpreting. We will begin with a comparison between community and legal interpreting, while examining the role of the interpreter in these settings. The presentation will also address key ethical considerations such as impartiality, confidentiality, and role boundaries, all of which can vary depending on the interpreting environment.
